Simulates heavy DOM mutation (Noridian pattern): processing overlay replaced with large results table. The massive DOM rewrite triggers content script teardown/remount.

How this reproduces the bug (Noridian pattern):
  1. Workflow: Navigate → Click #btnSubmit → BOOL (check #eligibility-result)
  2. Click shows processing overlay (1.5s)
  3. Then MASSIVE DOM mutation: overlay removed, 200+ DOM nodes inserted
  4. Plasmo tears down content script component on heavy DOM change
  5. New CS reads stale currentNode from storage → re-executes
