Nested PDF Iframe Test

Simulates the AdvancedMD chart notes structure: Main Page → iframe (chart notes) → iframe (data:application/pdf). Tests whether getFullDocumentWithIframes returns content from the deeply nested PDF iframe.

Outer iframe — same-origin, simulates chartnotes.aspxid="chart-iframe"

What to verify:
  1. Open Chrome DevTools → Console
  2. Trigger workflow builder HTML retrieval
  3. Check logs for EDITOR: IFRAME RESPONSES
  4. Verify both chart-iframe and narrative-content appear in responses
